Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Reservation deposits

A deposit is required to reserve your tour date and time. All deposits are non-refundable. By paying, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this policy.

Customer cancellations

If you cancel for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. Any booking credit is issued solely at the discretion of Rocky Point Adventures.

Weather, port closures and safety

If a tour cannot operate because of weather, high winds, rough seas, a Port Captain closure, mechanical issues affecting safe operation or another circumstance beyond reasonable control, no cash refund will be issued. The amount paid becomes a booking credit valid for 12 months from the original tour date.

The credit may be used for the same tour or another available tour of equal value, applied toward a higher-priced tour by paying the difference, or transferred to another person with advance notice.

Late arrivals and no-shows

Guests who miss check-in, arrive after the required time, miss departure or do not participate are considered no-shows. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Changes and availability

Tour schedules, vessels, routes and inclusions can change for operational or safety reasons. Wildlife sightings and weather conditions are never guaranteed. The captain, operator and Port Captain retain final authority over safe operation.
